Located only a few miles from Mercy Anderson Hospital, the Residence at Salem Woods is a skilled rehabilitation and long term health care facility.
Our separate rehabilitation unit features 21 private rooms offering all the amenities of home. We offer an intensive rehabilitation program under the direction of Rehab Transitional Care Partners. Our experienced therapists work not only to help patients regain mobility, but also to revitalize basic living skills through physical, occupational and speech therapies.
Our facility is ideal for those recovering from a surgery, stroke, heart attack or any other illness that may require supportive services. We provide individualized care plans specific to personal needs, as well as weekly conference meetings with our rehabilitation patients, families, therapy staff, and expert physiatrist.
