Glee star to promote new children's novel in Cincinnati | Events

NORWOOD, OH (FOX19) - Glee star Chris Colfer is bringing his book tour to Cincinnati.

Colfer's appearance at Joesph-Beth Booksellers in Norwood is set for Sunday, July 29 at 3:30 p.m.

Colfer will be promoting his new book The Land of Stories. The children's tale is Colfer's first novel.

Cincinnati is the last stop on Colfer's national book tour which will also included Ohio stops in Dayton and Columbus.

The book is currently on sale at Joesph-Beth and people interested in Colfer's meet and greet can purchase the book in-store or by phone.

Joesph-Beth has a limited number of line letters available for those who purchase a book.

Chris Colfer plays' Glee club member Kurt Hummel on the hit FOX show that is set at the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio.

He has won a Golden Globe for his role on Glee and in 2011 was named one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people in the world.
