Free Cincinnati Zoo tickets for blood donors on Tuesday | News
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A generous blood donation on Tuesday can gain you free admission to the Cincinnati Zoo.
The Cincinnati Zoo has partnered with Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati are hosting Zoo Day. Everyone who donates at a Hoxworth Neighborhood Donor Center will receive two free tickets to the Cincinnati Zoo.
“This drive comes at a crucial time of year for us,” reports Dr. Ronald Sacher, Hoxworth Director. “The summer months typically have lower donations and higher usage; this year is not exempt. We are counting on the Zoo Day Blood Drive to be successful following the Labor Day Weekend.”
Special animal friends from the Cincinnati Zoo will be visiting Hoxworth Blue Ash at 11:30 am and Hoxworth Mason at 1:30pm
Due to the anticipated popularity of this event, appointments are encouraged. Donors can schedule appointments by calling (513) 451-0910 or by scheduling online: www.hoxworth.org.
